Before requiring any assistence, check:
1)the display is on. if it isn't its probably because the compartment is not set on on. Try pressing the button to turn it on for 3 seconds, the button is the one you should use to adjuste the temperature.
2) Check the cold air discharge valve isn't in any way bloccked.

The fridge can be cleaned with a cloth and some detergent; wait for it to dry and then close the door. After this you can disinfect it with alchool, then wait for it t dry again before closing the door.

1.Store food in containers or wrapped up in film.
2.Put food you can freeze in the freezer.
3.Store cooked and raw food separately
4.Clean the fridge frequently.
5.Don't turn the fridge off for long periods of time.

This could be because of
1) food left in for too long, that's gone off, we can only suggest to check all compartments a dn clean them.
2) Always store food in containers or wrapped up in film.
3) If the fridge hs not been used for a long time, or it hasn't been cleaned for a while and the door hsnn't been open for a while you could smell a bad smell.

If the fridge doesn't refrigerate, before contacting assistence check the following:
1) push any button on the display and ope the door to seeif the display and the light turn on. If this doesn't happen check the machine is connected up and if the plug is in.
2) Check if the fridge or freezer is set on OFF. If it is, put it on ON.
3) Check the doors are firmly closed.
4) The fridge door could be open or you could have stored a large quantity of items all toghether, in this case the fridge needs more time to refrigerate.
