Have an 18 month old Haier washing machine that was bought from Currys. called the number and eventually spoke to someone who asked if I had an extended warranty (which I don't). Was then put through to the extended warranty department who realised this was wrong and put me through to a repair service. They then said they don't do repairs for this manufacturer. 12 minutes later and I'm at a dead end, great! Why can't this manufacturer put accurate service & repair information on the site. Wont buy another appliance in a hurry.

Great service very helpful, good telephone manner, product knowledge and polite. Assisted me with my part as machine was not a british model and part had to be sourced for me.

My new spares arrived today as you promised. Thank you.
I ordered the spares after 5pm on Monday, and it was here at 4.30pm on Wednesday.
