Haier’s Mission

Haier’s Mission
WHAT IS THE ULTIMATE OBJECTIVE THAT DRIVES A COMPANY?

Some say it is profit, i.e. maximising the performance margin.
Haier believes that maximising profit is one of its business objectives but definitely not the ultimate goal. Haier staff members have an imperative: the fundamental objective in any endeavour consists in improving mankind’s existence and development and aiming for its perfection.

On the basis of this belief and starting with an analysis of its background, Haier’s staff has progressively established a concept of development and business over the last 25 years that revolves around people; at the heart of Haier’s scale of values is customer satisfaction and the greatest aspiration for the company is to win the customer’s heart.
Striving to improve its products to make life simpler and more convenient and applying its know-how and energy with even greater commitment, to create, together, a perfect world, this is at the heart of Haier’s client-centred philosophy.

As a small collective factory on the verge of bankruptcy, with only this as a blueprint, Haier has managed to become the second largest manufacturer of large domestic appliances in the world (according to Euromonitor’s statistics based on brand sales volumes) and, due to this alone, has succeeded in establishing a global brand that has earned the approval and trust of customers from different countries and cultures.  Due to this alone, it has gradually managed to create its own marketing concepts.  In evaluating the success of a product or a brand, it is not enough to consider its market share, account should instead be taken of how many customers’ hearts it has won.

The customer’s heart is the real and most precious market resource.
We cannot claim to have done everything we wanted to but we are certainly promising to do everything we intend to.
Today, with ever more customers placing their trust in Haier, Haier’s staff must pursue a fundamental objective, which is not just that of dedicating themselves to the research and development of ever better products but of applying themselves, with increasing energy and enthusiasm, to know-how, innovation and continuous development, as well as to protecting mankind and the planet.
